Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to exchange one model for another. Our system only allows exchanges for a different size or color within the same product.
If you’d like a different model, you can return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the one you do. Please reach out to our customer service team, they’ll be happy to remove the return shipping cost from your original order to make it easier for you.
